About Me

I approach therapy collaboratively and from a place of curiosity to work with clients I see.

Through a decolonizing relational and systemic lens, I consider how the various contexts you, your ancestors, and communities you identify with and have been situated in influence aspects of your life, including your emotional and mental wellbeing and relationships. My work is anti-racist, anti-oppressive, and trauma-informed in practice.

My approach is grounded in the strong values I hold around liberation and empowerment, intentionality, vulnerability, humour, and the therapeutic relationship.

I am trained in the following therapy models and intentionally integrate them in practice:

• Dialogic Collaborative Therapy

• Narrative Therapy

• Emotion and Emotionally Focused Therapy

• Solution Focused Therapy
